Even though the weather is very wet at the moment, we are still going outside. Please can you make sure your child has the correct clothing with them - Waterproof coat & trousers, wellies and a spare change of clothes.
The children absolutely love being outside splashing in the puddles, looking for rainbows and using various containers to see which one fills up quicker. Thank you

The children enjoyed exploring the different herbs we have grown in our garden. They made displays using play dough as a base, chopped the herbs up and mixed them together. They found it very interesting that the herbs felt and smelt different. We talked about how we can use herbs in our cooking, how we can add them to our cooking or our salads. We also discussed how we look after plants in our garden. The children are very knowledgeable about how we care for things.
